BeatRate is a service of Chillcations Travel Club LLC ("we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect and how we use it when you visit beatrate.travel, request a travel price quote, or exchange text messages with us.
Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, travel request details (destination, dates, prices you found), and messages you send us. Information collected automatically: basic website analytics such as pages visited and general location derived from your device.
To respond to your quote requests with a human reply; to send you the quotes, booking help, and offers you asked for; to operate memberships you purchase; to improve our service; and to meet legal requirements.
By texting our number or submitting our quote form with the SMS consent box checked, you agree to receive text messages from Chillcations Travel Club (BeatRate). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
We do not sell your personal information. No mobile opt-in information, phone numbers, or SMS consent data will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We share information only with service providers who help us operate (such as messaging and payment processors, and our travel fulfillment partner when you book), and when required by law.
